Cette cuvée représente le meilleur du millésime. "Faire très bien", c'est notre philosophie, "faire encore mieux", c'est la mention au dessus souvent difficile à atteindre. c'est pourtant le challenge de cette cuvée, parrainnée par le "Club Trésors de Champagne". Pour obtenir cette quintessence du Domaine, nous n'assemblons que des vieilles vignes (la plus jeune a 40 ans, la plus vieille a été plantée en 1911 !) et majoritairement du cœur de terroir de CRAMANT Grand cru (60%), de CHOUILLY Grand cru (lieu-dit "Montaigu" - 24%), et pour signer Gimonnet nous y rajoutons un peu de CUIS 1er cru (parcelle de la Crois-Blanche - 16%)
