"Authentique" car il est élaboré selon la méthode ancestrale de la macération, ou encore par la saignée du Bouzy Rouge en cours de fermentation. 10 à 15 % de Chardonnay très vif viennent équilibrer ce rosé de Pinot Noir, et lui apportent finesse et longévité.
