L’histoire de notre Domaine est jeune, mais elle porte néanmoins un héritage familial riche. Anthime Collet nous a légué une certaine idée de la viticulture, du travail du bois, cette cuvée est un hommage à cet héritage immatériel mais bien vivant. Anthime - Héritage offrira au dégustateur, à travers une sélection parcellaire stricte, la chaleur et l’amplitude du fût de chêne, la complexité aromatique de l’assemblage et notre vision du terroir…
