Un Blanc de Blancs qui traverse le temps avec délice, exprimant dès son élaboration des notes d’agrumes si caractéristiques de la fraîcheur du Chardonnay, pour dévoiler des années plus tard de belles envolées aromatiques de miel, d’aubépine et de fruits confits.
