Sa robe profonde de couleur or jaune pâle a des reflets jaune paille soutenu. Le premier nez évoque des odeurs de viennoiserie rappelant la pomme Tatin, la brioche tiède, le miel. Puis il évolue avec des parfums de chèvrefeuille et d’aubépine des odeurs de pêche, de pâte de coing, de quetsche, de fraise, d’épices douces, de pralin. Il explose doucement en une effervescence crémeuse et fondue.
