Carte Noire presents an elegant complexity owing to the blend of the three major Champagne grape varieties, harvested from different Champagne crus. A very balanced champagne combining the golden hues and intense flavors of the Pinot Noir with the more subtle colours and delicate aromas of the Chardonnay and the peppy taste of the Pinot Meunier
