Créé par Guy Charbaut, ce Millésime est un précieux legs aux générations suivantes : à sa mise en bouteille, c’est un pari sur le vin et la sélection faite ; et à sa dégustation, c’est une découverte du Chardonnay d’âge et de ses arômes de torréfaction et de fruits mûrs. Une cuvée 100 % Chardonnay dont les raisins issus de nos vignobles sont assemblés aux meilleurs raisins de prestigieux crus du Mesnil-sur-Oger, d’Avize et de Grauves. Si l’attente fut longue, ce champagne se doit d’être encore aéré quelques minutes après ouverture. Prenez le temps de le savourer. Quantité limitée.
