Ce vin présente une teinte évoluée avec d’intenses reflets cuivrés. La mousse blanche souligne la brillance. L’évolution est confirmée par le profil aromatique, les arômes rappellent les fruits à l’eau de vie, la griotte principalement. La bouche exprime une effervescence discrète, caractéristique d’un vin d’un certain âge. La confiture de fraise s’exprime largement et une légère sensation tannique est perceptible. Brut Rosé, vin d’assemblage composé de Pinot Noir et Meunier associé au coteau champenois composé de 80% Pinot Noir et 20% Meunier avec un vieillissement de 3 ans minimum.
