Une belle couleur jaune franc, aux très légers reflets verts constitue la parure de cette cuvée. La mousse est blanche et pure, le vin montre beaucoup de brillance. Le nez associe délicatesse, fraîcheur et gourmandise, la bouche présente à la fois, fraîcheur et longueur. L’acidité est équilibrée par le dosage, lequel renforce l’impression fruitée et de notes de fleurs blanches; 100% Chardonnay, en tête de cuvée d’une seule année de vendange, issue uniquement du terroir de la Côte des Blancs
