Nez floral, petite cerise, pâte brisée, blé, bouche élégante, fruitée, saline, minérale, en finesse, avec de la structure, très joli champagne.

Ce champagne extra brut offre une grande fraîcheur, générosité et longueur exprimant toute la typicité du terroir des Riceys. Il est paré d’une robe or pâle. L’attaque est franche, marquée d’abord par les arômes d’agrumes, de fruits blancs et fruits secs (amande). La rondeur est remarquable grâce à la maturité des grappes et au temps passé au fond de nos caves. La fin de bouche est marquée par une note minérale, expression de notre terroir.
