Le pinot noir prend une part importante dans notre vinification. Comment le mettre en lumière ? En choisissant une vieille parcelle à faible rendement : « les vignes », (planté dans les années 1950), en réalisant un rosé de saignée et en vinifiant le tout en fût de chêne. Assemblé à un chardonnay, vous obtenez une cuvée riche et profonde à la robe soutenue à la finesse surprenante !

La cuvée Anthime Sensation Rosé est un Champagne à la fois relevé et délicat, destiné à des échanges amicaux et amoureux de bonne tenue, et augure des instants gastronomiques passionnés. Nous suggérons une température de dégustation de 9 à 14°C dans une flûte élancée et galbée.
