Explorer le terroir du Sézannais à travers cette cuvée faiblement dosée. L’assemblage 70% chardonnay – 30% pinot noir donne une vraie personnalité, fidèle à notre terroir. Bénéficiant d’un vieillissement sur latte de 35 mois puis un repos dans nos caves de 6 mois minimum, cette cuvée est pleine, minérale, envoutante.
