La quintessence d'une année exceptionnelle L’Espiegle de R.Renaudin est un vin de Champagne Extra-Brut aux douces notes boisées. Le caractère peu dosé domine sans agressivité, laissant en bouche un équilibre parfait de ce Blanc de Blancs.

Oeil : Vieux or. Les bulles sont délicates et fines. Nez : Ouvert, le nez évoque des notes de fruits secs, de pâtisseries et de craie. Bouche : Le palais se montre d'une belle fraîcheur avec un joli volume et des arômes précis de miel. Très belle persistance. Millésime 2001, étonnamment jeune, faisant le partenaire idéal pour plats de poisson. Un vin de gastronomie.
