Cette cuvée est l'antithèse de la philosophie Pierre Gimonnet, considérant que le style de la Maison est l'assemblage de différents grands Terroirs pour obtenir des Champagnes plus complexes et équilibrés. Cette cuvée est l'interprétation d'un Terroir unique, plus masculin, plus fumé et avec une minéralité graphite très différentes de nos autre cuvées.
