Fruit d'un assemblage des raisins de Cumières et Hautvillers, voici un excellent champagne d'apéritif. Le nez livre fraîcheur, parfums de fruit blanc (pêche) et agrumes. La bouche s'acoquine des arômes de quetsche et poire bien enveloppés d'une onctueuse mousse. Les notes florales se posent délicatement (aubépine).
