Une version légèrement plus sucré de notre cuvée prestige dont la maturité est ainsi délicatement soulignée. C est mon arrière grand père qui l'a créé dans les années 1935, à l'époque ce champagne était le plus vendu. Il faut dire que la mode de l'époque le sucre était un produit haut de gamme ou maintenant il est devenu complètement banale.
