Cette cuvée est fondée sur un assemblage de crus issus de l’apport des seize premiers anciens élèves, fondateurs de la Coopérative du Champagne SANGER. Elle prend ainsi, en toute évidence, un nom en leur honneur : Pères d’Origines. Il s’agit d’un vin structuré : il se découvre progressivement à l’image d’une délicate éclosion pour un épanouissement final complexe et riche en arômes. Le Pinot Noir (50 %) et le Chardonnay (50 %) Grands Crus ont des expressions où il ne manque rien, ainsi Pères d’Origines est un vin plus encore qu’un champagne. Il est l’archétype de l’assemblage champenois et s’associera idéalement avec un repas automnal ou festif où ses notes de pain d’épices, figue, noisettes torréfiées et cannelle pourront charmer les papilles…
