Œil - La robe est de couleur or brillant, accompagnée d'un cordon mousseux persistant. Nez - Le premier nez est puissant et dévoile beaucoup de minéralité ainsi que des notes de feuilles de tabac blond. Des parfums de pêche puis de fruits exotiques comme le litchi font leur apparition. Bouche - Bien équilibrée et plutôt vive. Un côté miellé vient en milieu de bouche avec des saveurs de tarte à la mirabelle. La finale est longue et persistante. La cuvée Brut Tradition au caractère frais et fruité, accompagnera vos apéritifs et s'accordera volontiers à tous vos instants de fête.
